Who am I?
Leveraging on my 14 years of experience in the financial and recruitment fields, I founded Proferens Headhunting & HR Solutions,
After a Bachelor in Finance and Banking, a Master in Communication and Public Relation in Business and five years in the external audit in Big 4, I decided to shift my career paths and to embrace a more people oriented profession. This is the reason why I entered in the recruitment business.
I have started my career in recruitment field in Robert Walter and then I joined Greenfield where I actively contributed to the development of the banking and finance department. I was in charge of the whole cycle of recruitment from A to Z for all the finance positions. After more than five years, I joined Saro Recruitment as Director of the Luxembourg Office where I was in charge of the well-functioning of the whole office, including
recruitment and the development of the activity.
In 2020 I launched my own company, Proferens Headhunting & HR Solutions. My skills are linked to my proactivity, intuition, analytical spirit and adaptability. My aim is to become a long term and strategic partner for both my clients and my candidates. Listening is an instrumental skill for me as it allows to understand the needs, to evaluate and to propose tailor made solutions. I like to bring people together, people that fit one with each other and that have pleasure in working together. To find the right person for the right job at the right moment brings me a lot of satisfaction.
In my free time I like to travel, to read and to spend time with my family. I find it very interesting to discover new cultures, new ideas, new ways of doing things, and I think Luxembourg, with his multicultural environment is the best place to be.
